What to do next
- Submit your application with accurate company and contact details.
- Review and accept the Mutual NDA and Service Agreement.
- Optional: Upload your logo for branding.
- Open Character Chat and test the realms (Shadow, Jesus, Santa).
- Decide your path: use ready-made characters, customize existing ones, or build new ones.
- Talk to us about white-label, tiers, and go-live timeline.
Quick start instructions
- Open Character Chat.
- Choose a Realm (Shadow / Jesus / Santa).
- Type a message using a character’s name (e.g. “Jesus, give me guidance” or “Elna, are you here?”).
- Turn Auto-speak on to hear the voice.
- Use the microphone to speak instead of typing.
- Check Multi-character only when you want more than one character to answer in the same turn.
Tip: After you address a character once, you can continue without repeating the name — the system stays with that character until you name someone else.
Multi-character options
| Mode |
When to use |
What happens |
| Single (default) |
Private, focused conversations |
Only the named (or last active) character replies |
| Multi-character |
Group scenes, ensemble dialogue, family/holiday moments |
Multiple named characters can reply in the same turn |
How to use Multi well
- Name the characters in your message: “Mary and Jesus, tell me about Nazareth.”
- Keep the question clear so each character has something natural to say.
- Use Multi for storytelling and atmosphere; use Single for advice, prayer, or intimate dialogue.
When not to use Multi: sensitive personal topics, one-on-one coaching, or when you want a clean uninterrupted voice reply.

Helpful hints for best quality
Writing messages
- Address the character by name when starting a new thread.
- Be specific: “What was life like in Nazareth before John the Baptist?” works better than “Tell me something.”
- One clear question per turn usually produces stronger replies.
Portraits & immersion
- Use the provided character images for consistency.
- For custom characters, supply a clear, well-lit reference image (front-facing works best).
Voice
- Keep Auto-speak on for demos and immersion.
- In Multi mode, use the Speak buttons so you control which character is heard.
Content tone by realm
- Shadow Realm — darker, sharp, adult-leaning ensemble
- Jesus Realm — reverent, pastoral, scripture-aware
- Santa Realm — warm, playful, family-friendly
Sample prompts per realm

FAQ
Do I need to name a character every time?
No. After the first address, the conversation stays with that character until you name someone else or switch realms.
Why did I get “Realm Host”?
No character was named and there was no prior active character. Name someone (e.g. “Santa, are you there?”) to begin.
Can characters speak other languages?
Yes. Use the language dropdown (English, Español, Français, Português, Deutsch, Italiano).
What’s the difference between the application form and the chat?
The form is for onboarding and commercial engagement. Chat is the live product experience.
Can I white-label this?
Yes — branding, custom characters, and partner structures are available. Contact us for the partner program.
Who owns the characters and content I create?
You retain ownership of your original character concepts and story content, subject to the Master Service Agreement. Platform technology remains with Realm Studios.
